• Strata Information Group seeks experts in Ellucian Banner Student Accounts module for remote opportunities. • Responsibilities include training, consulting, and improving higher education systems.
🎯 Requirements
• 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry. • 5 or more years of experience working with Ellucian Banner Student AR module or as a Banner Student consultant, demonstrating advanced user proficiency. • Proven expertise in implementing the Banner Student module, transforming and automating business processes within the Bursar or Cashier’s office. • Demonstrated functional experience using the Fee Assessment tools in Banner. • Experience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business process and creating efficiency. • Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Banner. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach. • The ability to travel up to 25%.
