β’ Provide comprehensive leadership for all assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline β’ Track and report on project budget throughout the project lifecycle β’ Establish a project plan that is suitable to the size and scope of each assigned project β’ Schedule and manage SIG resources assigned to projects β’ Work with client to ensure appropriate client resources are assigned to project; manage all implementation teams β’ Provide advisory services to support change management for the organization β’ Track project progress and provide regular status reports to project sponsors and other executives as appropriate β’ Escalate project issues and identify potential setbacks in a timely manner β’ Work with the client to develop a risk management plan
β’ Five+ years of experience managing software-related projects within Higher Education. β’ Experience with Banner, Colleague, Workday, Salesforce, Slate, or other ERP, CRM, and Student Information Systems. β’ Experience managing the development and implementation of software enhancements, maintenance programs, and new releases of these products. β’ Exceptional written, oral communication, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. β’ Experience effectively communicating and reporting at the executive level. β’ Proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as Smartsheet to plan and track large, complex projects efficiently. β’ Ability to organize and lead multiple projects for more than one client simultaneously. β’ Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams to action and foster a collaborative work environment.
