• Strata Information Group (SIG) solves problems by delivering innovative solutions to higher education institutions. • Seeking an experienced Project Manager with Ellucian Colleague expertise. • Collaborate with a team to deliver an exceptional client experience. • Support team members in mentoring, technical assistance, and problem-solving. • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage resources effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience, including leading projects from inception to completion, ideally in a higher education setting • Recent experience working with Ellucian Colleague software for at least 2-3 years, with functional or technical knowledge of Colleague. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with well-developed active listening capabilities. • Demonstrated ability to enforce standard processes and procedures, ensuring team adherence. • Proven leadership skills to inspire and guide a team toward a shared vision and project success. • Ability to set clear, reasonable, and challenging expectations, while holding team members accountable for meeting them. This includes providing constructive feedback on performance. • Excellent team-building skills to foster collaboration, motivation, and a cohesive work environment. Strong team-building is especially critical for larger teams and long-term projects. • Proficient in communicating project status to sponsors, team members, and other relevant stakeholders. • Skilled in identifying, negotiating, and resolving issues that arise during the project, particularly those that impact other areas or systems. • Experience with developing comprehensive Project Plans, creating Communication Plans, managing Issues and Change Requests, designing and implementing policies and procedures related to new or evolving processes, managing overall project schedules, identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks, and writing various reports as required.
