• As a forward-thinking organization, we are shaping the future of higher education and are actively seeking talented individuals with experience in Workday for exciting opportunities within our team. • Provide Workday implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support. • Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements using Workday functionalities to enhance efficiency. • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student module, ensuring seamless operation for our clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working directly with the Workday Student module at a college or university, or as a Workday Student consultant. • Demonstrated expertise in using Workday to improve and automate business processes within the Registrar, Admissions, or Records office. • Strong ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student module. • Knowledge of student records and registrar functions, business processes, reports, and other Student Information System (SIS) functional areas. • Excellent communication skills and a customer service-focused approach. • Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities. • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
