Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps and infrastructure management • At least 5+ years in leadership roles • Experience managing outsourcing agencies and services • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams • Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, deployment, and optimization • Solid experience with VMC (VMware Cloud) • Expertise in SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases on AWS • Strong leadership in guiding teams through CI/CD processes • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell • Experience in developing and executing strategies for cloud migration • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or related DevOps tools are preferred • Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or insurance is a plus
