Requirements

• Relevant certifications such as Google Workspace Administrator, Slack Administrator, CompTIA ITF, or similar are a plus. • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration, including user and group management, settings configuration, and integration of third-party apps. • Strong experience providing remote IT support for users across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. • Familiarity with remote device management and monitoring tools for managing Windows, Mac, and Linux devices. • Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards related to cloud-based collaboration platforms and end-user device management. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across time zones and geographies. • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective support to users across various technical skill levels.
