Requirements
• Relevant certifications such as Google Workspace Administrator, Slack Administrator, CompTIA ITF, or similar are a plus. • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration • Strong experience providing remote IT support for users • Familiarity with remote device management and monitoring tools • Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards • Excellent project management skills • Strong collaboration skills • Excellent communication skills
