Requirements
• Relevant certifications such as Google Workspace Administrator, Slack Administrator, CompTIA ITF, or similar are a plus. • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration. • Strong experience providing remote IT support across operating systems. • Familiarity with remote device management and monitoring tools. • Knowledge of security protocols related to cloud-based collaboration. • Excellent project management skills. • Strong collaboration skills across departments. • Ability to influence and drive decision-making processes. • Excellent communication skills for various technical skill levels.
