• At Sightview Software LLC, we're dedicated to equipping clinicians with innovative, secure technology. • Seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to lead our fully remote workplace operations. • Responsible for seamless service delivery and support for our global user base.
Requirements
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Google Workspace Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, or Microsoft 365 Certified are a plus. • 7+ years of experience in workplace services, IT management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing remote teams. • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, SentinelOne, NinjaRMM, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 is required. • Proven ability to manage vendors and service providers across different countries. • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, security practices, and compliance for global teams.
