Description
• At Sightview Software LLC, we're dedicated to equipping clinicians with innovative technology. • We seek an experienced IT Manager to manage our fully remote workplace operations. • You will ensure service delivery and support for our global user base. • Manage vendor relationships across multiple countries for a remote workforce.
Requirements
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Google Workspace Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, or Microsoft 365 Certified are a plus. • 7+ years of experience in workplace services, IT management, or a related field. • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing remote teams. • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, SentinelOne, NinjaRMM, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 is required. • Proven ability to manage vendors and service providers across different countries. • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure. • Excellent project management skills. • Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
