Requirements

• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Google Workspace Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, or Microsoft 365 Certified are a plus. • 7+ years of experience in workplace services, IT management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing remote teams. • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, SentinelOne, NinjaRMM, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 is required. • Proven ability to manage vendors and service providers across different countries, ensuring high service quality and vendor accountability. • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, security practices, and compliance for global, distributed teams. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities. • Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams. • Strong collaboration skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
