Requirements
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SentinelOne Certified, or similar are a plus. • Extensive hands-on experience with SentinelOne for endpoint security and NinjaRMM for remote monitoring, patch management, and troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of security principles in remote work environments • Proven experience supporting a Google Workspace and Slack environment, with an emphasis on integrating security protocols and policies. • Experience managing endpoint security, patch management, and monitoring in both Windows and macOS environments. • Excellent project management skills • Strong collaboration skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
