Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in PHP development, including at least 2-3 years in a team lead or people management role. • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth. • Strong ability to tackle and resolve complex technical challenges with effective solutions. • Proficiency in PHP and its frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony). • Extensive experience in designing and implementing unit tests. • Expertise in refactoring legacy code and simplifying complex systems. • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team collaboration and management. • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to balance hands-on coding with management responsibilities. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. • Familiarity with additional programming languages or technologies. • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
