Requirements

•6-8 years of experience in QA testing, with a strong focus on automation, and at least 2 years in a lead or management role. •Proficient in automation testing for web applications, with experience in client-server applications and cloud-based environments. •Skilled in automated performance, load, and stress testing, with proficiency in tools such as JMeter. •Strong background in developing and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts. •Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex defects and performance issues. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing and motivating a team. •Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance hands-on testing with management responsibilities. •Familiarity with additional automation and testing tools. •Experience in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments. •Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
