🎯 Requirements
• 6-8 years of experience in QA testing, with a strong focus on automation, and at least 2 years in a lead or management role. • Proficient in automation testing for web applications, with experience in client-server applications and cloud-based environments. • Skilled in automated performance, load, and stress testing, with proficiency in tools such as JMeter. • Strong background in developing and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts. • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex defects and performance issues. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing and motivating a team. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance hands-on testing with management responsibilities.
