Requirements
• 6-8 years of experience in QA testing, focusing on automation • At least 2 years in a lead or management role • Proficient in automation testing for web applications • Experience in client-server applications and cloud-based environments • Skilled in automated performance, load, and stress testing using tools like JMeter • Strong background in developing and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with additional automation and testing tools is preferred • Experience in CI/CD environments and knowledge of AWS or Azure is a plus • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to balance hands-on testing with management responsibilities
