• At Sightview Software LLC, we're dedicated to equipping clinicians with innovative, secure technology. • We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee a team of both manual and automation testers, driving quality across all stages of development and testing. • This role involves both strategic leadership and hands-on contributions, with a strong focus on automation for web and client-server applications. • The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing and mentoring QA teams, proficient in automation tools, and experienced in performance, load, and stress testing using tools like JMeter. • This role requires a proactive problem-solver who ensures the highest standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in QA testing, with a strong focus on automation, and at least 2 years in a lead or management role. • Proficient in automation testing for web applications, with experience in client-server applications and cloud-based environments. • Skilled in automated performance, load, and stress testing, with proficiency in tools such as JMeter. • Strong background in developing and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts. • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex defects and performance issues. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing and motivating a team. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance hands-on testing with management responsibilities.
