Requirements

• Demonstrated technical aptitude - e.g. comfort analyzing debug logs. • Previous experience in supporting consumers of a large mobile app or in resolving technical issues with patience and a sense of humor. • Excitement for problem-solving balanced with building empathy for the user. • Highly organized, self-starter comfortable with Android, iOS, Mac, Windows, and Linux platforms. • Fluency in written English, additional spoken or written languages can be beneficial. • 5+ years of industry experience.
