📋 Description
• Signature Aviation is seeking a Procurement Analyst to help build and execute an effective and efficient, data-driven sourcing process focusing on reducing the Total Cost of Ownership in each category. • Signature's procurement function is focused on indirect spending such as Facilities and maintenance, IT, travel, uniforms, HR-related and other professional services, contract labor, etc. • The successful candidate will be passionate about driving insights from data and applying these insights in very practical ways.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year College or University. Degree in procurement/supply chain discipline preferred. Management consulting experience is a plus. • 1-2 years of experience with corporate-procurement processes, either in a corporate or consulting-firm setting, is a plus • Strong understanding of and competency in spending analytics • Ability to quickly calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume in your head • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI) and expert capabilities in Excel
