📋 Description
• Admin and Payroll Specialist needed for HR Services Team in Pila, Poland. • Interacts with management, HR managers, and employees on HR-related requests. • Organizes employee life cycle management from onboarding to offboarding. • Enhances and streamlines internal processes, communicates with departments to resolve employee issues. • Prepares letters or contracts for employee term changes. • Gets introduced to software such as Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow.
