🎯 Requirements
5+ YOE in backend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role.•Strong expertise in Node.js and NestJS (Express) for building scalable backend applications, deep understanding of RESTful API design and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).•Experience implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.•Expertise in architectural patterns such as microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.•Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (preferably GCP), and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).•Strong leadership and communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with autonomy and ownership.•English proficiency.
