Description
• Simbe Robotics is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Robot Operations Associate to ensure the optimal performance of our robots. • This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. • Monitor and manage robot performance to meet KPIs and SLAs. • Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues and improve operations. • Analyze data for trends and improvements in robot operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with robotics, data analysis, or the retail industry is a plus. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
