Description

• Lead the development of cutting-edge frontend systems aimed at delivering an exceptional user experience for our security solutions. • Architect, design, and implement advanced user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and performant. • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems, maintaining high performance and scalability standards. • Prototype and develop innovative frontend solutions that enhance the usability and functionality of our security tools. • Drive the adoption of best practices in frontend development, including code quality, testing, and documentation. • Work closely with product and design teams to ensure the user interface meets user needs and aligns with our product vision. • You are a hands-on builder with extensive experience in frontend development, proficient in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. • You have a strong background in web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. • Your expertise includes working with backend technologies and understanding how frontend and backend systems interact, ensuring seamless integration. • Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) in Python Django is highly desirable. • You have experience with performance optimization, ensuring that applications are fast, responsive, and scalable. • Your passion for frontend development is evident in your continuous pursuit of knowledge and innovation within the field, aiming to create user-centric solutions. • You are technically skilled, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong interest in applying your expertise to develop solutions that address significant challenges in the security domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources • 1-3 years minimum in a Supervisory/Management role within Human Resources • HRIS system experience • Experience with Professional Development Plans
