Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be in charge of diverse recruitment initiatives across all departments at simpleclub and working closely with hiring managers and members of the leadership team defining strategies to find outstanding talent. You will be responsible for sourcing relevant profiles, utilizing and analyzing relevant data, and researching tools and platforms to reach matching talent and scale the teams at simpleclub.
Requirements
End-to-end recruitment. You have at least 2+ years experience in end-to-end recruitment (including hiring tech positions), sourcing, managing, and closing candidates. You know how to find talent on a number of platforms and through diverse techniques. Data-driven. You can create, read, and present recruitment data to stakeholders in order to drive key decisions about the pipeline and continuously improve our recruitment processes and strategies. A team player. You thrive when aligning with other teams and recruiters, to collaborate, network, and support each other on talent initiatives. Proactivity and can-do attitude. To you nothing is impossible, you strive to find solutions to complex problems and get motivated by any challenge that comes your way. Outstanding communication. Your communication style is engaging, authentic, and persuasive. You are fluent in German & English.
