📋 Description
• Joining our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work with our existing QA team and other teams and individuals to ensure we deliver the most accurate and user-friendly product possible. • We pride ourselves on our human culture and provide an environment with plenty of growth opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
• An ISTQB certification and/or any relevant qualifications related to Quality Assurance. • At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role in a hybrid or fully remote and high-performing team. • Proven experience in QA, with exposure to or experience in software testing environments, preferably in tech, finance, or payroll-related domains. • Abundant self-drive, with a strong ability to take ownership and deliver quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Preference will be given to candidates with: • Experience in automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium. • A track record in creating and executing test plans for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. • Skill in identifying edge cases and testing beyond typical scenarios. • Familiarity with automation tools and contributing to test suite growth. • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude, with a keen eye for complex system issues. • Excellent written communication skills to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • A commitment to continuous improvement and expanding QA and automation practices.
