• At SimplePractice, our team is dedicated to improving the health and wellness industry • We’re seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Finance team as a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst • The Financial Analyst will be reporting directly to the Manager of FP&A and will be responsible for the Company’s budgeting and forecasting processes • Join our high-performing team where your insights will directly impact key business decisions • Looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
🎯 Requirements
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Think cell a plus • Experience with SAAS business model and requisite KPIs and Analytics • Excellent analysis skills and the ability to identify issues/opportunities and recommend solutions • Experience with financial planning software best practices and build out • Adaptive Insight • NetSuite • Must be comfortable managing geographically diverse business units • Post-Merger Integration management work • Detail-oriented individual with tremendous amount of intellectual curiosity • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Must show initiative, be hands-on, work well both independently on projects and as part of a team • Proven ability to multitask and work through ambiguous requirements • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work issues at all levels within the organization. • Excellent project management skills and ability to drive projects to completion • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
