Description

• The Planning Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Planning & Inventory Management. • Utilize analytics and sales data to estimate future inventory needs. • Plan optimal inventory and analyze statistical data. • Generate forecasting solutions in various environments. • Develop and maintain unit sales forecasts and inventory plans. • Ensure alignment of forecasts with partners through monthly planning processes. • Identify/manage exceptions and monitor performance. • Improve forecast accuracy by analyzing errors and recommending action plans. • Develop reports to track forecasts and provide analytical insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience. • 2-4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Planning required. • Exceptional Analytical Skills - demonstrated experience with Excel, Access, and/or SQL. • Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as PowerBI or Tableau). • Strong analytical and data driven mindset to interpret data, customer behavior, and trends to inform decisions. • Passion for business and driving results. • Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and convey product screen strategies and insights. • The ability to identify challenges and propose innovative solutions.
