📋 Description
• Gestionar al cliente de simpliroute en el logro exitoso de los objetivos actuales y futuros • Responsable del Customer Journey y todas las acciones necesarias para mantener una relación de largo plazo con el cliente • Conocer los Kpi, modelo de negocio, contactos y potencial de crecimiento del cliente • Realizar actividades de onboarding/despliegue, maximizando el uso de la herramienta y sub-servicios mediante capacitación, estrategias de retención y negociación • Identificar, entender y documentar la operación y modelo de negocio de cada cliente • Configurar y ajustar la plataforma conforme a las necesidades del cliente • Generar espacios de acercamiento con el cliente para ampliar el relacionamiento comercial
🎯 Requirements
• Al menos 3 de experiencia en Customer Success, Onboarding Specialist, Project Manager • Experiencia en empresas SaaS o B2b. (excluyente) • Experiencia en Salesforce (excluyente) • Intercom (no excluyente) • Conocimientos en gestión de cartera y acompañamiento de clientes. • Conocimientos o experiencia en Logística.(excluyente)
