Description

β€’ Support Project Managers in Client Services department, focusing on Settlement or Notice Administration. β€’ Track and deliver project deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met. β€’ Identify and escalate project risks to Project/Program Manager. β€’ Foster relationships with operational groups for effective project execution. β€’ Communicate findings on client and claimant inquiries. β€’ Provide detailed project reporting and perform quality control of client reports. β€’ Draft project-related documents for various operational groups. β€’ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

β€’ (Preferred) 1+ year of Settlement Administration industry experience or relevant legal services or legal industry experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication with critical thinking skills and the ability to quickly and efficiently gather and process information β€’ Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
