• We are seeking an exceptional Lead Software Engineer to lead development of scalable full-stack solutions for our B2B SaaS platform. • As a technical leader, you'll be actively contributing to our product development, while also architecting scalable products, helping establish engineering best practices, and contributing to hiring strategies and team development. • The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in distributed systems, micro-services architectures, and both frontend and backend development, with a proven track record of building maintainable, well-tested applications.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of professional software development experience • 5+ years of technical leadership experience • Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React) • Strong background in distributed systems and microservices architecture • Expert knowledge of backend development (Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar) • Advanced experience with SQL and NoSQL databases • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) • Strong background in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) • Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams • Outstanding communication and leadership skills • Experience leading agile development teams
