📋 Description

•SimSpace launched in 2015 with a singular purpose – addressing the most urgent and sophisticated cybersecurity challenges to reduce risk for our most vulnerable and valuable infrastructure. •We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven, and experienced Payroll and Accounts Payable Administrator to join our small but mighty Finance & Accounting team. •This individual will be responsible for full-cycle payroll administration and compliance in a multi-state payroll environment, as well as managing accounts payable processes with accuracy and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of multi-state payroll experience. •International payroll processing experience a plus. •Candidates must be located in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones to ensure optimal collaboration with our teams and clients. •Experience with HRIS systems, ADP experience required. •Payroll certification (e.g., CPP or equivalent) a plus. •Strong knowledge of accounts payable and vendor management. •Experience with account software, including NetSuite, MineralTree and Expensify a plus. •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. •Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. •Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
