Description

• Focus on collaborating with product and engineering team. • Review design briefs and brainstorm solutions. • Refine wireframes and prototypes, run usability tests, and gather feedback. • Present work and gain insights during weekly design reviews. • Balance creative design with strategic thinking. • Lead end-to-end design process ensuring high-quality user-centered designs. • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define features. • Conduct user research in Portuguese and English. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications. • Familiarity with analytics, basic understanding of data synthesis.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio in web and SaaS applications; • fluency in English and prior experience with remote and high growth startups within Brazil are a must; • prior experience with U.S. company and climate tech are a plus but not required • Expertise in UX/UI design with a focus on intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools; • experience with analytics platforms such as Amplitude desired. • Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional teamwork. • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment and is proactive about taking on various roles as needed. • A genuine interest in climate tech and sustainability, with a desire to contribute to meaningful work.
