📋 Description

• Sinch is a global leader in the growing market for Communication Platforms as a Service (CPaaS) and mobile customer engagement. • You will work with detail-oriented Accounting General Analyst with experience in managing financial operations for Mexico, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Tax Compliance, and General Accounting Activities. • Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper validation. • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. • Prepare and send invoices, including VAT compliance checks. • Process and reconcile Complemento de Pago (Payment Receipts), ensuring accurate reporting of partial and full payments. • Calculate and analyze PDD for expected credit losses, following IFRS 9 and local accounting standards. • Maintain accurate records of PDD adjustments and reconcile with financial statements. • Reconcile AR accounts and follow up on overdue payments. • Support cash application and bank reconciliations. • Perform daily closing and balancing of payments and receipts. • General Account Knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting; • Experience in Account Receivable and Account Payable process, and general knowledge of taxes • Previous experience in ERP (SAP, ORACLE); • Good Comunication; • Organized; • Advanced level of English;
