•Sinch MessageMedia provides innovative mobile messaging solutions that help businesses of all sizes. •Globally countries are enforcing higher levels of compliance around business messaging. •This role will work as part of a 24/7 team of specialists monitoring messaging compliance in real time. •Key responsibilities include monitoring live message content, responding to campaign approvals, detecting fraudulent activities, and validating new account sign ups. •Stay up to date on regulatory requirements for acceptable / unacceptable message content in different countries/regions. •We are committed to building an engaged and talented workforce that represents an environment that is inclusive, supports flexibility, and welcomes diversity.
Requirements
•Proven track record of completing tasks according to SLAs or in accordance with a set of quality standards •Outstanding written and spoken English •Proven experience working autonomously •Can-do attitude with a passion for developing new business processes and procedures
