Description
• To record in net suite all the accounting transactions • AP Prepare the information regarding invoices • Upload data billing information into Netsuite • Create and Update the database of suppliers • Prepare and send monthly and annual federal taxes • Calculate and record the bad debt provision • Prepare and upload monthly information into consolidation systems • Prepare and reconcile all intercompany transactions • Prepare and send all additional files for the monthly clossing • Prepare the annual financial statements with notes for local tax authorities • Expense Reports - Review and process employee expense reports • Fill out forms required by clients, suppliers, banks • tax withholding certificates clients requests and providers preparation • Alignment for accounting and tax records processes with external accountants • Annual updates to government or municipal entities
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting • knowledge of accounting software such as Net suite, or SAP • Advanced level of English • good attitude for work • Punctual and responsible • Highly organized and proactive
