Requirements

•One year of experience in a sales support role or equivalent work experience •One year of experience in CRM software, ideally Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office •Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs •Keen problem-solving abilities •Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills •Attention to detail •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills •Customer service skills •Ability to collaborate and be an effective team player •Optimistic attitude and self-motivated
