Description

• As our new Senior Infrastructure Engineer, your main focus will be to help shape Sinch Business IT Infrastructure & System landscape. • Pro-actively contribute to architecture strategy & principles together with Sinch Enterprise Architecture Team. • Administrate & configure system & infrastructure technologies such: VPN solution, Office Network, Linux/ Windows servers, cloud infrastructure (AWS, AZURE). • Consult application owners and business on infrastructure related requirements. • Provide training and assistance to system users on usage of infrastructure systems and/or applications. • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for system and infrastructure issues, and you'll also participate in our on-call rotation schedule. • Troubleshoot problems across all pieces of infrastructure (servers, Network, cloud, storage).

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, majority spend in IT infrastructure & engineering. • Experience in IT infrastructure, networks and applications engineering, Linux server, database & cloud engineering, Windows server, Technical security topics and industry standards in IT security. • Big plus! • Relevant infrastructure certifications (e.g CCNA, CCNP). • Worked with Cisco Meraki and Cisco AnyConnect. • Infrastructure as code.
