Description

• Ensure all firm invoices are properly recorded, tracked, approved and paid • Acquire and process invoices (matching, coding, and posting) • Prepare journal entries such as expense accruals and prepaids • Spreadsheet management • Heavy bookkeeping • Process billable disbursements (contract labor, consulting invoices and travel reimbursements) • Assist with month-end close AP related functions • Generate reports detailing accounts payable status • Perform Credit Card reconciliation

Requirements

• Two years' experience in accounts payable • Two years' bookkeeping experience • Must be proficient in MS Office • Strong time management and organizational skills • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks • Understanding of expense accounts
