• Beratung, Planung und Durchführung von Projekten zur Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Instandhaltungsprozessen in SAP EAM oder vgl. Applikationen • Herstellung und Steuerung der Kommunikation zwischen IT und operativer Instandhaltung • Durchführung von Assessments für Instandhaltung und Kundendienst sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzial • Beschreibung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Lösungskonzepten, sowie funktionale Lastenheftserstellung • Implementierung und Customizing etablierter Methoden und neuer Prozesse • Fachliche Koordination interner oder externer Entwickler • Fachliche Unterstützung im Presales • Aktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung von Beratungsleistungen • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Junioren (Mentoring) • Sicherstellung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung in Steuerung von IT-Projekten im Bereich Instandhaltung mit SAP EAM / CS • Expertise in SAP EAM / CS (optional SAP Asset Manager) und in marktüblichen Intelligent Asset Management-Lösungen (SAP MDG for EAM, SAP BNAC, SAP ASPM, SAP PdMS, SAP PEI, SAP AM) • Erfahrung in angrenzenden Modulen (bspw. SAP MM, SAP SD) • Branchenkenntnisse in Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Production oder einem anderen Industriebereich • hohe Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit & Entrepreneurship • exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau oder Muttersprache • gute Englischkenntnisse • ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb DE, AT, CH
