• DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN FREELANCE WORK COMMISSION ONLY ROLE. • RECRUITMENT PROCESS: 2 weeks. • START DATE: DEC 2nd. • Sizanid HR is a premier human resources consulting firm focused on transforming HR practices across North America and beyond. • We pride ourselves on providing tailored HR solutions, including staffing services, across various sectors. • We are seeking a dynamic Freelance Recruiter for India who is fluent in English. • In this role, you will leverage your recruitment expertise to identify and engage top talent across India and North America. • Your ability to communicate effectively in English is crucial for interacting with both candidates and clients. • This is a remote freelance position that offers flexibility. • As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for our clients. • You will be the sole owner of candidate sourcing, evaluation, and placement. • This is a remote, project-based position where you will have the autonomy to manage your recruitment projects independently. • Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies across the global market. • Conduct end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. • Utilize various channels and platforms to identify and attract potential candidates. • Screen resumes and applications to ensure a strong match with client requirements. • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future projects. • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements. • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to clients and the internal team.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus from your local region. • Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse candidates. • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple recruitment projects. • Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in a freelance or full-time capacity. • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and sourcing techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with various job boards, social media, and professional networks. • Previous experience in recruitment industry is a plus.
