• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role. • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong project management skills and attention to detail. • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and growth.
