• Start Dates: Nov 15th, Dec 1st, Dec 15th • Report to: Sales Director • Work Hours: USA Time zone • Recruitment Process Start to Finish: 2 weeks • Sizanid HR is a pioneer in human resources consulting, committed to transforming businesses through innovative HR solutions tailored to meet unique organizational needs. • Currently seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across US & Canada, & Europe. • Responsible for developing sales strategies, guiding a robust sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients. • Expertise in sales and passion for HR services instrumental in positioning Sizanid HR as the go-to partner for effective workforce solutions. • Role aims to coach and train Sales Development Representatives and Lead Development Representatives while developing scalable processes for consistent success. • Play a key role in achieving sales targets, enhancing team performance, and driving process improvements. • Ideal candidate is both tactical and strategic, able to roll up their sleeves and dive into campaigns while also thinking long-term. • Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement successful sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets, lead and inspire the sales team, build strong client relationships, conduct market research, collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with company goals, prepare and present reports to senior management, represent Sizanid HR at industry events if required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, ideally within the HR consulting or services industry. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage a high-performance sales team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development purposes. • Must be willing to undergo background, reference, and education checks. • Must be willing to work in the USA time zone or other assigned time zones.
