• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on senior-level roles. • Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies. • Strong knowledge of best practices in recruiting, sourcing, and selection processes. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills to monitor recruitment metrics and drive improvements. • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strategic mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and employer branding. • Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for sourcing and engaging candidates. • Experience in volume or bulk hiring for Technical and non-technical roles. • Proficiency in English.
