Description
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other departments throughout the full product development lifecycle • Help lead and conduct generative and evaluative user research to inform our prioritization and design decisions • Create low fidelity concepts and wireframes to help us explore and rapidly iterate on potential solutions • Deliver high quality designs and specs to clearly communicate design requirements to the engineering team • Help maintain and improve our design system and core components to maintain a consistent experience
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a UX or Product Design role, ideally working on a modern web app with an emphasis on responsive design • Strong proficiency with Figma • Firsthand experience conducting user research • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices • Basic technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks
