• Building and managing the Google Ads direction from scratch on a transactional business model • Creating processes for your area from scratch • Hiring people in your area and their people management • Establishing effective collaboration with various marketing teams for the growth of your area: Product Marketing, MarTech, Creo team, and Marketing Analytics • Campaign management and optimization • Re-marketing of own users through various acquisition channels, including Google • Conducting A/B tests in procurement, on funnels, and on the product • Conducting business negotiations directly with Google Large Customers Sales team • Researching competitors and testing their best practices in our procurement
• Minimum 2 years of experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing • Managing budgets of $50,000 per month • Analytical skills • Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention, and others. And experience in their optimization • Growth-hacking mindset • Ability to defend your point of view and make decisions independently
• High level of autonomy • Opportunity to work directly with Head/C-level • Working with large service teams (analytics, creatives, funnels, MarTech, etc.) • Working with seven-figure budgets ($) and testing various hypotheses • Strong and experienced team
