• Communicate with customers via chat, assisting them with any legal-related issues; • Respond to client inquiries on legal topics via online platforms and tools; • Consult and resolve client inquiries with expert answers; • Research regulations, laws, and legal articles for general legal information; • Build up a FAQ; • Escalate to internal resources and collaborate on resolutions; • Receive about 3 chats per shift (simultaneously); • Follow guides to provide quality service; • Work in Zendesk and Zendesk Chat; Knowing this software will be a plus; • Monitor new requests with priorities during the shift;
• Ukrainian law or international law degree (4th+ year of university is a plus); • At least 6 months of experience in Ukrainian law firm (will be a plus); • Must have excellent legal English (B2+) written and professional communication; • Must meet minimum performance standards set by the company from any location (home-based, or hybrid); • Minimum system requirements: Internet speed of 25 Mbps or greater, Download speed of 1 Mbps or greater, Upload speed of 6 Mbps or greater, At least 8 GB of RAM, Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core;
• Remote work format.
