Description

• Assist customers via chat when it comes to technical matters in English. • Assist customers with different requests such as "I forgot my Gmail password, how do I reset it?", "Help reinstall Windows", "Cannot connect to the printer ;(" • Follow all the necessary guides to provide quality service. • Work in Zendesk and Zendesk Chat. Knowing this software will be a plus. • Monitor the new requests with the same priorities during the shift.

Requirements

• English spoken and written: an Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) level. • 6 months+ of experience working in a customer support or billing support department; will be a plus. • Experience dealing with chargebacks; will be a plus. • Have a good understanding of popular software, online services, and different operating systems.
