Description

• The Instructional Designer will execute our content development strategy and model our instructional design methodologies and the processes that translate those beliefs into high-quality learning experiences. • They will support custom projects with designing, developing, and publishing customized content for our customers. • They will create training and skilling content, follow responsive and trustworthy development processes for content services, and be an advocate for sound instructional design and content creation practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years contributing complex learning development projects/programs • Good command of the Articulate 360 suite, and Adobe Captivate • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager is a plus • Advanced-level understanding and practice of Instructional Design as a discipline; working-level knowledge in adult learning theories and research, learning experiences, needs assessment, job/task analysis, and skill/competency frameworks. • Working knowledge of technical terminology and ability to quickly become “conversationally competent” with a wide variety of cloud, data, AppDev, IT, and security terms. • Desire to work – and ability to flourish – at an extremely fast pace. • Proven ability to drive multiple workflows/projects forward within a matrixed, agile work environment. • Willingness to help fellow team members understand how to employ new Instructional Design methodologies. • Experience in the IT training and certification industry and understanding of technical content development, job/task analysis, and Instructional Design is required.
