Some of our programs include Business Analysis, Scrum, User Experience design, Product Management, Project Management and no-code software development. • Position Overview: We seek a Senior Content Marketing Specialist with the expertise, leadership qualities, and creativity to drive impactful campaigns. • This role requires a self-starter who can ideate, execute, and manage content creation with minimal supervision. • The ideal candidate will possess a balance of technical depth, strategic thinking, and creative execution. • You will take full ownership of campaigns, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with our brand and business goals. • You’ll also have the opportunity to drive innovation and lead trends, making a measurable impact on our content and marketing initiatives. • We're particularly keen to connect with focused candidates from Nigeria who can work in EST time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in content marketing, campaign management, or a related field. • Proficiency with tools like ManyChat, Zoho CRM, and major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). • Ability to use AI for content creation. • Technical knowledge of email marketing and lead nurturing strategies. • A creative mindset with the ability to produce multiple types of content (e.g., design, video). • Strong organizational skills for managing content locations and historical campaigns. • Ability to jump on trends quickly and deliver impactful, on-brand responses. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a self-starting and solution-oriented attitude.
