📋 Description

• Join as a Solutions Engineer supporting the sales process and product demonstrations. • Discover, scope, and design technical solutions for Skilljar’s customers. • Deliver product presentations tailored to customer training initiatives. • Establish strong relationships with key technical and business decision makers. • Lead responses to customer Request for Information or Proposal (RFIs and RFPs). • Assist customers in navigating through Skilljar's trial instance or proof of concept. • Act as Skilljar's Technical Subject Matter Expert, providing in-depth technical overviews. • Manage security validation requests involving collaboration with other teams. • Assist in scoping statements of work for customizations and work collaboratively with Engineering and Support. • Provide feedback to Product Management based on customer perspectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of related experience, at least 2+ years of professional experience as a Solutions/Sales Engineer or Technical Sales/Solutions Consultant within enterprise SaaS buying environments. • Bachelor’s Degree • Well-versed in SaaS architecture, REST APIs, HTML/CSS/Javascript, Single Sign-On (SSO), Salesforce.com, and information security requirements. • Excellent presentation skills including an ability to communicate at both a technical and a business level, developing trust and confidence with a wide variety of individuals within a customer organization. • Experience scoping, managing, and executing customer pilots and Proof of Concepts. • Ability to influence both technical and executive audiences. • Superb written communication skills. • Strong technical writing and project management skills. • Adept at assessing competitive landscape and positioning effectively against them.
