• Track record of successfully administering employee life cycle processes across Europe • Experience complying with government regulations and legal requirements • Professional fluency in English is essential and French is preferred, both written and oral. Any other language is considered a plus. • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and HRIS systems. • Experience working in a highly sensitive and confidential environment • Experience of using Workday is advantageous
• Administration associated with benefit programmes, including but not limited to: • Enrolling employees into benefits • Removing employees from benefits • Processing invoices • Raising PO’s • Ensuring the payroll is updated with any changes
